Pure Edge IT is seeking an experienced ITSM Implementation & Integration Engineer to join our tech team in the UAE. The role involves implementing and integrating ITSM tools, developing automation scripts, working with APIs, and supporting IT service processes. Candidates will work with platforms like ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management, or similar. This is a full-time position.

a. 4–7 years of experience in ITSM tool implementation and integration
b. Strong Python scripting skills for automation and API work
c. Knowledge of ITSM platforms: ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management, or similar
d. Understanding of ITIL processes and service lifecycle
e. Experience with REST API, SOAP, Webhooks, and JSON
f. SQL and Lin administration knowledge is a plus
g. ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
h. DevOps, , or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience is advantageous
