The role involves end-to-end Salesforce implementation, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and developing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations. a. 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation
b. Strong experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC development
c. Experience developing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce
d. Knowledge of Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations
e. Salesforce Certified Developer (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator credentials are mandatory
f. Experience in backend development and high-level technical design
g. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
h. Ability to mentor developers and provide technical direction
i. Experience conducting code reviews, design reviews, and resolving complex technical escalations
j. Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
