Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Project Manager with proven experience in landscaping projects for one of our well-established clients in the landscape industry in the UAE, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end landscaping projects from planning to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications
Supervise site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations
Handle variations, claims, and project doentation
Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Manageme, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscaping projects
Strong knowledge of hardscape & softscape works
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office & project management tools
