•Maintained effective communication with clients, overseas agents, and operational stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues.
•Ensured compliance with company procedures, shipping regulations, and customer requirements throughout the shipment process.
•Worked closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams to facilitate seamless execution of cargo shipments.
