Perform maintenance and repair tasks in commercial & residential properties, including electrical, chiller, and plumbing.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
Install, and maintain the fixtures and appliances.
Conduct hands-on maintenance and repairs on various equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Ecology Units, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Variable Package Units, and Chillers
Should have 3-4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC & MEP Assistant technician.
Should be on a visit visa or Cancelled visa and Must be available to start immediately.
