Job Description

Office Administrator role within a car rental company. The responsibilities should include:

* Receiving enquiries from walk-in customers and via telephone, taking bookings, and providing information on availability and rental charges.
* Ensuring operational guidelines are met while servicing customers.
* Checking customer credentials and driver's licenses, drawing up rental agreements, and arranging for car delivery to customers in prime condition.
* Processing customer payments, and obtaining relevant approvals and doentation.
* Checking for overdue agreements on a daily basis.
* Timely collection of payments due from clients on a monthly basis.
* Liaising with customers in case of disputed payments or traffic fines to ensure timely recovery.
* Maintaining housekeeping standards at the counter to portray a professional image.
* Ensuring doents like rental agreements, daily sales reports, etc., are forwarded to the Main Office on a daily basis.
