We are a growing car rental company based in Dubai, looking to hire a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital part in the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle telepho enquiries.
Manage vehicle bookings and provide accurate information on rental availability and pricing.
Ensure all operational guidelines and customer service standards are followed.
Verify customer doents and driver's licenses; prepare rental agreements.
Arrange vehicle deliveries in top condition and ensure timely returns.
Process customer payments, manage doentation, and obtain necessary approvals.
Monitor and follow up on overdue rental agreements daily.
Collect outstanding payments from clients in a timely manner.
Handle disputes related to payments or traffic fines professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front de area.
Send daily rental agreements, reports, and relevant doents to the Head Office.
Previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably in car rental or hospitality.
Exposure to a multicultural work environment.
Presentable appearance with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of photography, Photoshop, and social media management is a plus.
Skills in video editing and digital content creation will be considered an advantage.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
