We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional with a real estate background to handle administrative, accounting, and office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property listings, VAT filing, bookkeeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Support
Prepare, update, and manage property listings across online platforms and internal systems.
Coordinate with clients, agents, and property owners regarding listings, viewings, and doentation.
Maintain accurate records of property availability, rent agreements, and client inquiries.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and property-related presentations.
2. Accounting & Finance
Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle VAT filing, compliance, and submission of statutory returns.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll.
Manage petty cash, reconcile accounts, and liaise with audito advisors.
3. Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
Handle office correspondence, filing, and doentation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
Supervise office staff (if any) and ensure smooth administrative support.
4. Administrative & Executive Assistance
Draft letters, contracts, and official doents.
Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Maintain employee attendance and HR records.
Support management in preparing business reports and presentations.
