Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for presentations, workshops, and other company events.
- Handle routine tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and binding doents as needed.
- Distribute incoming mail and parcels to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
- Run errands as assigned, which may include purchasing office supplies, delivering doents, and other related tasks.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs within the office premises.
- Support employees and visitors by providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and comfortable work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office, etc.).
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and li objects if required.
