To be considered for the Hotel Operations Supervisor position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Staff in a hotel environment is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and guest handling abilities.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of hotel operations procedures including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
Understanding of health, safety, and hospitality standards.
