Responsibilities include motivating and coaching associates, driving performance management, and conducting daily and Safety GEMBA audits. You will collaborate with merchant stakeholders for process improvement and stand in for the Area Manager when required. The role focuses on achieving high productivity, quality, and safety standards consistently.
