Coordinate daily parts ordering with Distributors.
Manage backorders information and ensure prompt communication with concerned departments and distributors.
Handle inquiries related to availability, pricing, ordering, and technical specifications etc.
Support pricing, campaign launches, and availability planning in line with business objectives.
Analyse historical and current sal data to identify market trend.
Identify emerging market trends and provide insights for promotional planning.
Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams and distributors on parts systems, catalogue usage, and new product lines.
Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide technical and commercial support to distributors for order planning and system navigation.
