Duruper is recruiting a Permit Issuer / Permit Verifier for a 6-month renewable Oil & Gas EPC pipeline project in Oman. The role involves managing the P system, validating work permits, monitoring contractor activities and supporting HSE compliance, risk assessments and workplace safety.

a. Diploma in a technical field or equivalent.
b. 1–2 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
c. Pipeline project experience is required.
d. Valid Oman or any GCC driving license is mandatory.
e. Knowledge of PTW / E-PTW systems and HSE requirements.
f. Ability to verify risk assessments, HAZ controls and Job Safety Analysis.
