Job Description:
>Experience in cutting the whole chicken into pieces for frying
>Confident and fast for cutting the whole chicken.
>Clean, trim, slice, and section of chicken for processing.
>Inspect chicken meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.
>Remove unnecessary parts, such as feathers, bones.
>Separate chicken meat and by-products into specified containers and seal containers.
>Weigh chicken meat and tag containers for weight and contents.
>Follow procedures to prepare food products for customers, maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness
>Cooks are also responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of food preparation areas, storage areas, interior and exterior of the restaurant, equipment, and utensils.
