Brownfield Technical Consultants is hiring a Engineer for a contractor in the Oil & Gas sector in Oman, supporting OQ8 and Duqm Refinery. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (QMS) for the EPCC of permanent Operator Shelters. The role covers Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Pre-commissioning phases to ensure full compliance with OQ8 specifications and international codes. You will coordinate with client inspectors and project stakeholders within a live refinery environment. This position is essential for ensuring contractual quality requirements and successful project handover.

a. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in EPC projects.
b. At least 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, or industrial projects.

e. Knowledge of international codes including IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and ASTM.
