Fabtech Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd is hiring a QCI Welding Inspector for their Sohar, Oman project.
The role involves inspecting welding on offshore and onshore structures to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures.
Candidates will perform visual inspections, monitor welding processes, and verify adherence to project specifications.
The position requires experience in oil & gas and offshore fabrication projects.
This is a minimum 1-year contract, extendable up to 2 years.
Working hours are 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, with overtime applicable.
Compensation includes food, accommodation, transport, and bachelor sharing facilities.

a, Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
b, 8+ years of experience in oil & gas or offshore fabrication of structures
c, Certification: CSWIP 3.1 & NDT 2
d, Offshore structure experience mandatory
e, Physically fit and able to work extended hours
f, Ability to follow safety standards and inspection protocols
g, Willingness to relocate to Sohar, Oman
