a. Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
b. Plastics Manufacturing Industry experience is mandatory.
c. Strong experience in manufacturing caps, closures, bottles, and jars.
d. Expertise in Blow Moulding and Injection Technology quality control.
e. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
f. Experience conducting internal and external audits.
g. Experience with CAPA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
h. Strong , doentation, and quality improvement skills.
