We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, budgets, and contracts from initial estimation through final accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, accurate valuation, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle while supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Monitor project costs and control expenditures to stay within budget
Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts
Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
Assist in contract administration and procurement processes
Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts for management
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures
Support tendering, negotiation, and cost planning activities
Strong knowledge of construction cost management and contracts
Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity take-off
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
