a. B.E. in Civil Engineering.
b. Total experience of 6–8 years.
c. Minimum 2 years of GCC experience.
d. Experience in quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
e. Knowledge of BOQ preparation, verification, and cost estimation.
f. Experience in tendering, rate analysis, and clie billing.
g. Knowledge of site measurements, material reconciliation, and cost control.
