Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Company: J M M Real Estate Broker L.L.C – Business Bay, Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage a strong client portfolio while achieving sales targets.
-Foster long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities through thorough research.
-Support clients with property listings, coordinate viewings, and handle negotiations.
-Offer professional guidance on market trends, property valuations, and pricing strategies.
-Keep accurate records and provide regular updates on sales progress.
-Actively seek new leads and explore potential business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
-Previous experience in real estate of minimum 6 months is a must.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
-Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
-Multilingual applicants (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
-Basic salary plus an attractive commission structure
-Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-Laptop and Data will be given to generate leads.
