Job Overview

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective clients.
Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate sales, purchase, and lease agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Prepare and manage required doentation and contracts.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and available listings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is beneficial.
