What We're Looking For:
Experienced Real Estate Broker (minimum 1-2 years experience preferred)
Fluent in Spanish , Polish, Tagalog, Urdu & Hindi(additional languages are a plus)
Preferably with strong experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Ability to manage clients professionally and deliver top-quality service
Strong skills in Consulting and Sales, with the ability to provide professional advice and achieve sales targets
Exceptional Communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients
Proven Customer Service experience, with a client-focused mindset to ensure excellent support and satisfaction
Knowledge of Real Estate trends and markets, particularly in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates region
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficiency with CRM tools and general office software
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
