About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agent with experience in Dubai’s secondary and off-plan markets. The role involves lead generation, client handling, property sales, and closing luxury real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong client database
Sales & Deal Closure
Handle the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
Client Management
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs
Provide professional property advisory services
Market Knowledge
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and off-plan launches
Provide market insights and investment advice to clients
Minimum 1–3 years of real estate experience in Dubai
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident presentation and public speaking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Passion for real estate, especially Dubai off-plan projects
Valid UAE Driving License
RERA / Real Estate Certification
Bachelor’s degree preferred
