Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via pho
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
