We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist 
& Email Coordinator. This dual-role position combines front-desk duties with email communication 
responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and 
excellent written communication abilities.
                    
                        Key Responsibilities:  
• Receptionist Duties:  
o Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.  
o Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. o  Manage the front 
desk and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming. o  
and provide information as needed.  
Email Coordination:  
Handle inquiries 
• Draft, proofread, and send professional emails on behalf of the company.  
• Maintain email correspondence and ensure timely responses.  
• Organize and prioritize email communications for efficiency.  
• Coordinate email campaigns or announcements with the marketing team.  
• Ensure that email inquiries are routed to the appropriate department or individual.  
Requirements:  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office 
administration or communication are a plus.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
Benefits:
