Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Officer to join our banking sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting credit card products, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads for credit card sales through various channels
Meet potential customers and explain credit card features and benefits
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
Ensure proper doentation and compliance with banking policies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE (banki sector preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
