We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our sports retail stores. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and excellent customer service skills. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
As a sales associate at our store, you will be required to:
- Greet customers and provide expert product assistance
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and reporting
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity
Support daily store operations as required
Use Odoo or Microsoft NAV systems as needed for sales and stock management
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (sports or fashion retail preferred)
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or similar fields
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment
- Professional appearance and a positive, polite attitude
