We are a fast-growing holiday homes and short-term rental company based in New Zealand and Dubai, managing a diverse portfolio of high-quality vacation properties. Our focus is on maximizing revenue through smart pricing, data-driven decisions, and exceptional market insight. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team remotely.
Role Overview
As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing pricing, occupancy, and overall revenue performance across our holiday home portfolio. You will analyze market trends, manage dynamic pricing strategies, and work closely with operations and marketing teams to drive profitability.
This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies across all booking channels
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other key performance metrics
- Analyze market demand, competitor pricing, seasonality, and local events
- Optimize listings across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
- Manage and configure revenue management and pricing tools
- Forecast revenue performance and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce low-demand periods
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align strategies
- Continuously test and refine pricing and promotional strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in hospitality, holiday homes, or short-term rentals
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms and channel management
- Experience with revenue management and pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, - Beyond, Wheelhouse, RMS systems, or similar)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience in Middle East or Dubai market / New Zealand or Australian market is a plus, but not mandatory
