Job Summary:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations. You will manage sales data, process orders, oversee inventory, coordinate deliveries, and maintain our office mini store.
Responsibilities:
•Enter online sales orders into our POS system.
•Prepare sales receipts and package products to quality standards.
•Monitor and manage inventory levels.
•Coordinate local product deliveries and address customer inquiries.
•Assist with international order coordination.
•Manage and restock the office mini store to fulfil daily orders.
•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
•Prior experience in sales coordination or e-commerce is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
•Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer software.
•Organizational and time-management skills.
•Knowledge of international shipping regulations is advantageous.
