Responsibilities:

Promote Renaissance Open Border Solutions' services and value proposition to clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and demands in cross-border recruitment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients to secure partnerships.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in recruitment or related fields.
Strong understanding of international recruitment processes and visa logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and support.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
