Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the F&B sector and a proven ability to build relationships with buyers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and distributors. This role is perfect for someone with the network, confidence, and commercial skills to open doors and drive sales of premium Colombian fruits and coffee.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients across the HORECA and retail sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop sales strategies to expand the market presence of Colombian exotic fruits and coffee.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and insights to management to shape product and market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, tastings, and exhibitions.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the UAE F&B sector (fresh produce, beverages, or coffee preferred).
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and supermarket chains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or Arabic is a plus).
- Based in Dubai with valid UAE driving license
- Ideal with own vehicle
