• Generate new business through calls, client visits, networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and individual travellers.
• Promote tickets, visa assistance, holiday packages and other travel services.
• Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations with the relevant team and close sales.
• Achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on customer payments.
Minimum 2 years of travel and tourism sales experience; UAE experience preferred.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
