We are looking for a Sales Lead to not only close deals but also build and manage a small team of freelance sales representatives. This is a commission-based role with additional override income from team sales — ideal for someone who wants to combine personal sales with leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:•Sell cybersecurity subscription packages (Guard, Shield, Sentinel).•Build and manage a team of freelance sales reps.•Train and support new sales reps with provided materials.•Ensure team meets collective monthly targets (minimum 6–10 packages).•Report on team performance and client leads.
•Proven track record in sales or B2B software services.•Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or sales management.•Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.•Self-driven, with GCC market knowledge preferred.
