Sales Representative – Radiators & Cooling Systems
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Representative with technical knowledge and sales expertise in radiators, cooling systems, and related components. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and promote our range of cooling products to automotive, industrial, and heavy-duty equipment clients. This role requires a blend of sales ability, technical understanding, and customer relationship management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential customers such as auto repair shops, fleet operators, heavy equipment dealers, and industrial clients.
Generate and qualify leads through visits, calls, and networking within the automotive and industrial sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach in assigned territories.
Product Presentation & Technical Consultation
Present and promote radiators, intercoolers, condensers, and related cooling system components.
Provide technical product information and recommendations to customers.
Work closely with the engineering or technical support team to address complex customer requirements or product compatibility issues.
Sales Negotiation & Closing
Prepare and deliver quotations, pricing proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms of sale, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Close sales efficiently and follow up on order fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, workshops, and key accounts.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Visit customer sites to understand their operational challenges and propose suitable cooling solutions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Collect customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Team Collaboration & Representation
Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely product delivery.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote the company brand.
Contribute to marketing campaigns targeting automotive and industrial clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in automotive parts, radiators, or industrial cooling systems
Strong technical understanding of radiator and cooling system components
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
