An International Trading company in Dubai is looking for a smart, well-spoken and detail- oriented Secretary Business Coordinator. Candidates currently in Dubai, UAE and immediate joiner are preferred. Ma applicants can email *** with your salary expectation.

Job Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls, take messages and forward calls as required. Act as good representative of the company through phone.
•Assisting company guests in the office professionally
•Ticket, hotel bookings, visa for company employees and Directors
•Responsible for office management including office supplies, pantry, office orderliness and keeping records of Employee attendance.
•Responsible for company licenses, Insurances application and renewals (i.e Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, Marine Insurance, Health Insurance, etc.)
•Doing online research and preparing reports of the research as and when needed
•Processing doents from paper to images, Photosho of pdf or word files
•Maintaining company customers and vendors KYC files•Prepare and manage Purchase and Sales Contracts.
•Provide administrative support to Purchase Doentation on daily basis (i.e. Follow-up on Supplier's invoices, shipping doents, photos and weight tickets, tracking of containers online, etc.)
•Performs other responsibilities associated with this position
