You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive first-principles cost estimates for infrastructure, industrial, and mixed-use projects. The role involves reviewing complex drawings and tender doentation to ensure complete scope alignment and performing accurate quantity take-offs. You will commercially assess subcontractor quotations and develop competitive tender pricing strategies to optimize project costs. This position is vital for identifying project risks and proposing value-engineering solutions in compliance with UAE construction standards.

a. Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
