Marc Ellis is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join its team in Qatar on a permanent basis. The selected candidate will administer and manage enterprise systems including SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink, create, test, and deploy software packages and updates through SCCM, plan and execute Windows security patching, monitor SCCM client health, resolve deployment issues, manage software and hardware inventory, maintain endpoint compliance, administer Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments, generate system reports, conduct audits, and ensure the stability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure.

a. Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
b. Strong knowledge of SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink.
c. Experience with endpoint protection, encryption, and patch management.
d. Proficiency in Windows Server Administration and networking.
e. Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.
f. Ability to generate reports, perform system audits, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
g. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
