Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive-/ Industrial Sales ,Technical Packaging to join our team within the foam and flight case manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in packaging solutions, specifically in designing, developing, and selling protective packaging for flight cases, custom foam inserts, industrial equipment, construction, Aerospace, Retail Packing , Marine etc.

This role requires a solid background in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management, with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective, engineered packaging solutions. The candidate should be capable of working closely with production, design, and ensuring optimal product protection and customer satisfaction and ensure to meet deadlines .

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients across assigned territories.
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company targets and market opportunities.
Actively pursue lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion to achieve revenue goals.
Customer Relationship & Key Account Management

Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and key accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business through consistent engagement and support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and ensuring timely resolutions.
Technical Expertise & Product Promotion

Understand customer requirements by visiting client locations, assessing needs, and recommending suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, clearly explaining technical features and benefits.
Provide technical assistance and support throughout the sales cycle and post-sales phase.
Sales Operations, Reporting & Doentation

Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales doentation in line with company guidelines.
Maintain and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
Track key performance metrics such as customer visits, prospect meetings, trials conducted, and conversions.
Market Development & Strategic Growth

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Share insights on industry developments and customer feedback with internal teams.
Represent the company at industrial and manufacturing trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination

Work closely with the Sales, Operations teams to ensure solutions meet customer and operational requirements.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of orders, trials, and project deliveries.
Territory & Performance Management

Manage and provide sales and customer support services across the designated territory, including GCC countries.
Meet and exceed defined KPIs such as weekly customer visits, prospect engagements, trials, and closed sales.
Regularly visit potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, conduct trials, and close opportunities.
Manages and provides services for the designated territory, encompassing the specified geographic area. ( GCC Countries )
Achieve key metrics (customer visits per weeks, prospect visits per week, trials conducted)
Visit potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities and provide technical information .
Engaging with clients during meetings, events, Strong communication skills, technical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (foam conversion, CNC cutting, case hardware, etc..)
Education:

Bachelor's degree ,Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in technical sales, or industrial sales, preferably in the foam manufacturing industry, oil & gas, defense.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of foam materials, manufacturing processes applications , injection molded and roto molded and flightcase industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.
Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both technical and business terms.
Excellent customer relations skills & responsiveness.
Work under pressure.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries such as furniture, automotive, packaging, construction.
UAE Driving License is mandatory
Only candidates currently residing in the UAE (Dubai )
Candidates on cancelled Visa, IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE PREFERRED
Arabic Speaking will be a plus
Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
