Job Description:
As a Tele Calling Agent at ForexT, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential and existing clients, introducing them to our forex trading platform and services. You will guide prospects through our offerings, help them understand the benefits of trading with ForexT, and ensure their queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, achieving set targets while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
A keen interest or basic understanding of financial markets, especially forex trading.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to clients.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other office software.
UAE-based candidates or those willing to relocate preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about ForexT’s services and promotions.
Engage with both potential and existing clients to understand their needs and help them get started with forex trading.
Explain the features and benefits of ForexT’s trading platforms and tools.
Offer assistance in setting up accounts and answering queries related to forex trading.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company objectives and goals.
