# HOUSE MANAGER / HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR – PRIVATE RESIDENCE

### About the Position
We are looking for an **experienced, responsible, and well-organized House Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor** to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of a private residence in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for **supervising and coordinating all household domestic staff**, ensuring that the residence is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
### Key Responsibilities ###
* Supervise and coordinate all maids and domestic staff.
* Prepare and allocate daily and weekly duties for the household staff.
* Monitor the quality and standard of cleaning throughout the residence.
* Take overall responsibility for **laundry, ironing, clothing care, and linen management**.
* Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen and other areas are properly maintained.
* Organize and supervise the preparation of the house for **family gatherings, private events and special occasions**.
* Ensure the house is properly prepared before and after events.
* Manage household cleaning products, laundry supplies and other housekeeping requirements.
* Monitor stock levels and inform the employer when supplies need to be replenished.
* Coordinate staff schedules, duties, breaks, days off and leave.
* Train and guide maids on proper cleaning, laundry and household procedures.
* Ensure household staff follow proper standards of cleanliness, hygiene, appearance and conduct.
* Identify and report maintenance issues or household requirements to the employer.
* Coordinate with external service providers when required.
* Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family at all times.

### Candidate Requirements ###
* **Previous experience as a House Manager, Head Housekeeper, Senior Housekeeper or Private Household Supervisor is strongly preferred.**
* Experience working in a **private residence or family household** is highly desirable.
* Previous experience supervising **multiple mai workers**.
* Strong knowledge of cleaning, laundry, ironing, linen and household organization.
* Experience preparing a residence for **events and family functions**.
* Good leadership and staff-management skills.
* Organized, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
* Able to work independently and take initiative.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
* Professional attitude and respectful manner.
* Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
