Role Description

If you have strong communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and the drive to close deals, this role is for you. We’re looking for individuals who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver value through every conversation.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Salesperson will engage with clients to understand their automotive needs, offer tailored solutions, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve market research, networking, and participating in sales events to promote AUTONOBEL’s products and services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry, trends, and customer needs
Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis tools
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
