We are looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant to support our German CEO at tasrieuae.com (Real Estate Development & Business Consulting). This role goes far beyond basic admin – you will be deeply involved in operations, projects, and client relations.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar & WhatsApp communication
Data entry & transaction management for European clients (Excel proficiency required)
Cost tracking & follow-up for multiple real estate projects
Assist with accounting tasks for domestic clients (training provided if needed)
Customer outreach & retention (calls, follow-ups, CRM updates)
