Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at counters, gates, and service areas.
Handle check-in, boarding procedures, and ticketing support.
Provide accurate flight and travel information.
Assist with baggage services, lost & found, and special requests.
Manage customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Ensure compliance with airline and airport safe regulations.
