Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all banquet operations in our luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless planning, coordination, and execution of events while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise all banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

Coordinate with the kitchen, front office, and F&B teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Ensure proper setup, décor, and technical requirements for each event.

Monitor budgets, track event costs, and maintain records.

Address guest concerns promptly and ensure complete satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banquet management in five-star hotels.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
