Al-Hathaifa Group is seeking an experienced Civil & MEP Supervisor to manage construction, renovation, and building maintenance projects in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will handle site inspections, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender submissions, site supervision, project execution, and final handover.

7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
At least 3 years of work experience in Oman.
Hands-on experience in villa construction, renovation, and building maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP maintenance.
Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
Strong site supervision and client coordination skills.
Valid Oman driving licence preferred.
