Job Description

Qatar Charity is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves monitoring compliance policy implementation across departments, maintaining the Compliance Register, tracking local regulatory changes, supporting self-assessments, developing compliance training materials, coordinating with auditors, and preparing periodic reports on key compliance indicators.

Candidate Requirements

a. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
b. 3-5 years of experience in Compliance, Governance, Audit, or Risk Management
c. Strong knowledge of local Qatari laws and regulations
d. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 37301)
e. Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
f. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
