Linnk Group is hiring a Project Manager – Digital Banking for its banking client in Qatar on a yearly renewable contract. Candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in digital banking, FinTech, or financial services technology, with experience in digital banking launches, core banking systems, payment systems, and regulatory compliance. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and good English communication skills are preferred.

a. Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
b. At least 3 years of experience in digital banking, FinTech, or financial services technology.
c. Experience with mobile banking, internet banking, or digital banking launches.
d. Knowledge of core banking systems, APIs, digital onboarding, and payment systems.
e. Understanding of Q regulations, A, cybersecurity, data residency, and banking compliance.
f. Experience with Agi methodologies, SDLC, S, and project governance.
g. Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, budget, and resource management skills.
h. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
i. Fluent Arabic is mandatory; good English communication skills are preferred.
j. PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is preferred.
