a. 8–12 years of relevant experience in exhibitions, events, conferences, or related industries
b. Proven experience in a senior event management or leadership position
c. Experience managing large-scale exhibitions and events
d. Strong experience in budgeting, P&L, suppli management, and team leadership
e. Strong commercial, negotiation, and client management skills
f. Experience with corporate clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners
g. Qat market experience is highly preferred
h. Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID
i. Must be available to join immediately
