Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred)
