· Handling Incoming and outcoming emails, and social media chat.
· Assisting customer for online orders and after sales service issues.
· Having a previous experience in Beauty industry is a plus.
· Managing Customers’ feedback and complaints.
· Liaising with the department operations heads.
· Excellent command on the system.
· Being a team Player and innovator.
